I really like that song from The Sound of Music. Sometimes I sing it to myself while I'm out walking the trail looking for something to point my lens at. So in honor of my favorite song I decided to post some of my favorite nature photos today. Hopefully this evening I'll be feeling more up to getting out and taking some new shots for the blog, but until then...

Chris, I really like your choice of photos today. Love the little robins. My daughter and her kids raised one little baby robin a few years ago and it had a unique marking of some sort that Janice recognized it and it came back to the same tree by the kitchen door and sang loudly for two more summers as an adult.
I'm so happy that you've started a blog as I enjoy your work.
