Lions, tigers, and bunnies! Oh my!

Bunnies? I know, I know. What in the world do bunnies have to do with a backyard nature blog, right? Well, the answer is: not a cotton pickin' thing! :) But even I can't resist showing off pictures of my new baby bunnies. Who cares if they're domestic rabbits! :)
This is Carrot Bunny. Carrot is the friendly and outgoing rabbit of the two. She loves to lay around in the sun and roll. Trust me, not many things cuter than that. She also loves to run around and do the happy bunny dance. And SOFT!! Oh my goodness!

This is Uno. Uno is so named because she has one little white foot. She is a bit more flighty than her sister, but is quite the character when she gets comfortable. Uno likes to explore and squeeze herself into odd places. She is also a HUGE fan of celery and apples. She is also a bunny after me own heart- very interested in the camera stuff. :)

They were two weeks old on Saturday and they're growing SO fast. I can't even believe how much longer their ears and bodies are. Even their little heads are bigger. Pretty soon they'll be all grown up. But aren't babies fun?

These are precious and I'm in love with that first shot and those little lop ears.
